Node:
1.Don't clean the thermometer by immersing it in water for minutes or putting it in dishwasher.
2.Don't store the thermometer near BBQ grill/oven/smoker.
3.Don't touch the hot probe by hand.
4.Don't insert the probe deeply to avoid melting.
5.Keep out of reach of children.
How to set the alarm function:
1.Press the “Mode”button, the screen will flicker the current alarm temperature.
2.Press the “light”button to increase the numbers, “°C/°F” button to decrease the numbers to set your alarm temperature, then press the “Mode” button again/wait 3s to confirm it.

I highly recommend this small well built Bluetooth speaker. It easily paired with my Apple MacBook Pro and a current HP laptop. I ran comparison sound tests with a Jam Classic for sound. I placed both speakers about 10 ft from the laptop in a large 800 sq ft room and played them loud and listened

Great sound for a little speaker

Pleasantly surprised by the sound this small speaker produces. I charged it up and paired it with my iPad and watched a movie. Music is clear and crisp as are voice and sound effects. The video I attached speaks for itself. I recommend this Bluetooth speaker for it's quality and portability.
I recorded the video with my iPhone 6. So ofcourse the quality of the video itself is dependent upon that. It actually sounds even better in person.
